Diets-the beginning
Real diets don’t work. You can say you’re gonna “run and exercise” EVERYDAY, but do you really do it? Most of the time the answer is no. You can cut out sugar, only eat protein, or refuse to eat carbs for so long. In reality how long is that actually gonna last? I love food, so those just don’t cut it for me. I exercise extremely frequently (3 sport varsity athlete), but my eating habits prevent weight loss. I need to be in perfect shape by the start of lacrosse and need to correct my diet. With this blog I can feel better about myself by eating an apple and just reblogging all my cravings! The Tumblr Diet is being officially put into action. Starting weight 142.2
